**Tasks**
- Independent execution of global sourcing events (RFI, RFP, RFQ) for the category Human Capital
- Following the Bank’s processes andmregulations, lead and synchronize theminvolvement of various internal stakeholders
- Manage the internal stakeholders and act as sparring partner for departments to challenge demand & specifications
- Manage, leverage and challenge existing supplier landscape in close co-operation with the internal business
- Independent drafting and negotiation of contracts, partly based on standard templates
- Independently lead sourcing activities, management of projects and facilitate experts throughout various departments
- Consult the organisation on the strategic direction of business units and how the procurement function can contribute as a business partner
- Lead supplier and internal communication with the aim to develop and engage to improve performance and deliver value for all parties
- Demonstrate expertise in the development of all types of documents in the responsible categories and procurement activity
- Execute contracts in line with the Bank’s processes and regulations and conduct difficult debriefs with unsuccessful suppliers

**Requirements**:

- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role with an expert knowledge within the category Human Capital
- Knowledge about legal aspects of temporary staff leasing
- Practice with source-to-pay technology and in-depth understanding of end-to-end processes
- Experience in Procurement analytics and innovative Procurement methods
- Strong negotiations skills with ability to work individually and result-oriented
- Proven experience in the execution of sourcing events and orchestrating teams of internal and external stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of MS office and relevant S2P tools
- Experience within the financial industry is a plus
- Knowledge in data protection and financial market regulations is a plus
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or similar relevant field is a plus
- Alternatively:

- Completed training in a technical or commercial profession combined with a specialized training in procurement (e.g. CIPS, procure.ch)
- Fluent in German and English, Any other language considered as plus

**Soft Skills**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated with demanding vendors and various internal stakeholders on a daily basis
- Team player who is open-minded, a critical-thinker and has excellent problem solving skills
