Technical Procurement Manager

We are looking for an experienced technical procurement manager in our high-performance production team. We are proud to produce our temperature-controlled solutions in Switzerland, ensuring Swiss Quality. In this position, you will be responsible for the entire technical procurement process and collaborate closely with our RnD team for product developments. Your goal is to deliver highest quality and efficiency in our highly dynamic company.

**Here's what you'll do**:

- Lead technical procurement for entire production and prototyping
- Analyse the market and ensure a reliable supplier base for existing and new products
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure high quality and a reliable supply chain
- Collaborate with RnD for product developments
- Continuously improve the production processes in the ERP together with the Head of Production
- Advance ERP solution for higher productivity

**Requirements**:
**This is what you'll need**:

- Technical education and work experience in technical procurement or comparable
- A strong understanding of ERP systems and their benefit in scaling a company, particularly in the context of production planning and parts management
- Experience in negotiation, vendor management, and parts procurement within a production or manufacturing environment
- Experience with production planning and parts management
- A high affinity to standardization, automation and continuous improvement
- A detailed understanding of production and procurement processes
- Languages: DE, EN
