ERP and Technical Procurement Manager

We are looking for an ERP and Technical Procurement Manager to enrich our team. In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing our ERP systems and technical procurement processes. Your goal is to drive efficiency, productivity, and innovation in our dynamic company.

**Here's what you'll do**:

- Advance ERP solution for higher productivity
- Collaborate with IT, operational teams and finance to optimize ERP processes and connections and drive system enhancements to support production and business process efficiency
- Coordinate with RnD to implement new products or product changes in the ERP
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements
- Continuously assess market conditions and trends to spot risks and improvement potential
- Analyze market data to identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and evaluate market competitiveness
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure high quality and a reliable supply chain
- Trouble-shooting in case of operative supply chain issues and implement solutions
- Monitor supplier performance, address issues, and collaborate with suppliers to improve overall collaboration and performance
- Source new suppliers
- Process procurement activities in the ERP

**Requirements**:
**This is what you'll need**:

- Technical education and work experience in technical procurement or comparable
- Has a strong understanding of ERP systems and their benefit in scaling a company, particularly in the context of production planning and parts management
- Has very good understanding of ERP configuration and connection to other systems and is able to implement solutions independently
- Has experience in negotiation, vendor management, and parts procurement within a production or manufacturing environment
- Has experience with production planning and parts management
- Has a high affinity to standardization, automation and continuous improvement
- Has a detailed understanding of production and procurement processes
- Languages: DE, EN
