Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:
BBIO Indirect Sales Framework
- Actively participate in implementing the Indirect Sales Framework across BBIO.
- Assist Sales in collecting documentation and submitting Due Diligence requests for all BBIO divisions.
- Third Party Agreement (TPA): Ensure that all supporting documents for new or renewal of TPA are complete, request necessary approvals, submit draft of TPA to Legal, get final TPA signed and arrange its archivation.
- Provide best practices advice to sales management, sales teams and concerned parties. Promote awareness and understanding of the Indirect Sales Framework.
- Be the regional central point of contact for matters related to the Indirect Sales Framework.
- Act as bridge between the Indirect Sales Enablement & Development management team and Regional Sales, Market Sales and Service teams.
- Proactively provide feedback and improvement suggestions to the Indirect Sales Enablement & Development management team to enhance the Indirect Sales Framework.
- Check any unclear legal or compliance issues with BBIO Legal and General Counsel.
- Back up support and act as deputy for colleagues with same or similar functions in other regions.
- Upon request, act on behalf of head of Indirect Sales Coordination.
- Other duties as may be defined which are broadly in line with the duties and objectives above
- Perform transaction analysis for each opportunity involving an Indirect Sales Partners, taking into account tender information, delivery/acceptance periods, current deposit rates, FX rates, pricing, discount, etc. to calculate the Indirect Sales Partner’s profitability (eliminate any cushions for potential delivery/installation risks) in the Indirect Sales Partner analysis form
- Monitor Indirect Sales Partner information in SFDC for each opportunity and advice opportunity owner to ensure accuracy in Indirect Sales Partner involvement, reasons why Indirect Sales Partner is being used, Indirect Sales Partner accounts, Indirect Sales Partner commissions, etc.

Business travels within the country and abroad for team meetings at Bruker locations are possible.

Estimated maximum of 1x per quarter.

Qualifikationen:
General qualifications
- Swiss or equivalent diploma/certificate as commercial clerk
- Experience in channel partner management and due diligence processes is preferable
- Knowledge in tender, contract handling and transactional analysis is preferable

IT, language, working skills & experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Detail orientated with excellent organizational skills
- Creative thinker with a decision-ready attitude to achieve
- Ability to deal with people at all levels.

- Self-discipline and the ability to decide priorities in a rapidly changing commercial environment
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team
