Brand Team Coordinator

Our client, a global biopharmaceutical company based near Zurich, is looking for a Brand Team Coordinator for a 8 months mission.

As the Brand Team Coordinator, you will manage the administration and project support requirements of the brand teams. You will have a chance to closely cooperate with members of our Brand Team including Marketing / Product Managers, Medical Managers and Market Access Managers, first line sales managers and sales force, Market Research specialists and Continuous Improvement Manager.

Your main tasks are:

- Proactively ensure that the needs of the business are met through strong, engaged collaboration with the brand team members (i.e. marketing & sales), Sales Training, EMCoE and Administrative Assistant counterparts across other functions and business units
- Actively help coordinate brand team activities/meetings and supports the implementation of key brand projects
- Fully manage financial administration and oversight of the total brand budget (SAP-RPM, Purchase orders, contract management, Ariba, invoice reconciliation). This includes using project tracking sheets to assist budget holders to manage budget
- Collaborate closely with EMCoE on the planning and execution of internal Meetings & Events. The Brand Team Coordinator ensures aligned logístical planning by EMCoE and is the lead facilitator for theme, content development and material preparation based on the direction from the brand lead
- Proactively seek innovative solutions to improve upon current processes and increase the efficiency of business operations
- Develop and maintain strong communication across functions internally; sharing information and knowledge proactively to increase operational efficiencies and productivity across the business
- Provide administrative support to brand or functional department lead as needed
- Work with Global Purchasing, compliance and brand team members to support and track projects for the brand team.

Your profile:

- Experience as business unit assistant or GM assistant
- Experienced in all MS office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint)
- Experience in SAP Systems (SAP, SAP RPM)
- Project management experience
