About the job:
The Red Hat Sales team is looking for a Cloud Business Transformation Lead to join us in Zurich, Switzerland. In this role, you will address our Global 50/50 cloud strategy as a focal point of Switzerland in regards to all aspects of our cloud business. You should have excellent leadership & communication skills, with ability to engage a diverse set of stakeholders in a matrixed organization and accelerate the growth of cloud marketplace and console revenue as well as all other RH cloud routes to market by improving the field’s ability to identify Red Hat Cloud opportunities, structure proposals and successfully close incremental cloud business in alignment with the PAMs.

What you will do:

- Solid understanding of industry trends in the cloud context to establish credibility at the business level and articulate the benefits of working with Red Hat as a strategic cloud partner
Cloud Subject matter expert creating an overview of all cloud aspects/facets of our business across all of our cloud offerings
- Work closely with the sales account teams to identify key opportunities and assist in creating and carrying out strategic account plans
- Working together internally with different teams on our cloud story-line, campaigns and deals
- Support regarding private offers for hyperscalers in alignment with the PAM
- Internal evangelist to educate our field sales teams
- External evangelist to educate the sales teams of all 3 Hyperscalers about the RH/Cloud story and how they can make money and retire their quota
- External evangelist to present our cloud story at customer or partner + events
- Establish success stories that can be referenced around strategic cloud project wins
- Become a trusted advisor with senior IT and C-level business executives for key accounts and partner to create long-term partnerships with customers using Red Hat’s technology and services
- Drive RH cloud adoption across the country from existing on premise business to CCSP as well as acquiring net new business.
Will be working in a matrixed structure and own the overall outcome of the sales of our cloud offerings, collaborating closely with the account teams, e.g. account management, solutions architects, and partner account management as well as with the strategic partners in our ecosystem
- Build a strong internal network with other regional and global focal points for Cloud Services Sales

What you will bring:

- Excellent leadership & communication skills, with ability to engage a diverse set of stakeholders in a matrixed organization
Strong understanding of customers within assigned territory, including customers' business, industry trends, competitive landscape, and Red Hat differentiators/ value proposition
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystem and how to sell together with channel partners
- Ability to articulate the value of Red Hat solutions, Red Hat’s differentiation, and the Red Hat opportunity to partner sales counterparts
- Ability to cultivate long-term relationships and develop advocates across client and partner organizations
- Strategic orientation and value engineering skills to position and sell solutions to client needs with and through partners
- 2 years of experience in a technical sales engineering role
- 2 years of experience in a direct field sales role
