**About the role**:
**The Digital Transformation Lead is a transformation management role **that will** **drive** transformation of Global Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Global Quality (GMS/GQ) Data, Digital and Technology (DD&T) organization towards value-driven, Agile delivery organization. **You will report to the** Head of Strategy& Operations GMS/GQ DD&T and will **be responsible for leading** the development of People and Processes, part of the digital transformation within GMS/GQ IT.**:
**How you will contribute**:
- Shape and co-lead the definition of the digital transformation roadmap.
- Program manage multiple digital transformation initiatives.
- Together with GMS/GQ and Global Data and Technology (GDT) stakeholders drive the Digital Fluency program that will address the need for upskilling and reskilling of GMS/GQ associates.
- Lead the Digital Innovation Framework process model and coordinate with relevant Stakeholder groups to further evolve and perfect it.
- Lead the model of technology adoption for GMS/GQ DD&T and coordinate with relevant Stakeholder groups to further evolve and perfect it.
**What you bring to Takeda**:
- Bachelor's Degree is required; Graduate degree in relevant field is desired.
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology.
- 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects/programs.
- Successfully executed multiple digital transformation programs.
- Proven competences in stakeholder alignment, business need analysis, customer focus and result focus, delivery and people management.
- Strategic Thinking.
- Customer Focus.
- Organizational Change Management.
**Preferred**:
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical GMPs, SOX, EMA, IT best practices, FDA Guidance Experience in Pharmaceutical industry.
