**Job Summary**:
As the Creative Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our in-house Creative Team and initiatives. This role demands a unique blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on creative execution. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to bring our brand to life and drive engagement across various channels via branded work across the organization.
Tasks
- Develop and refine the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values
- Maintain knowledge of the dynamic digital ecosystem (search, social, native, display) and how creative work tells stories across all of them.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and act as the Creative team leader; ensure effective communication of corporate strategies to maintain compliance to brand standards
- Craft a compelling and cohesive brand identity that resonates with our target audience.
- Lead the creation of engaging and impactful content across various platforms, including digital, social media, and traditional channels.
- Develop and tell compelling stories that highlight the unique value proposition of our health tech solutions, inclusive of testimonials, UCGs, influencers, and fully brand produced photography and video assets.
- Conceptualize and deliver The Work for integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and retention
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and on brand
- Manage and inspire a high-performing creative team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creative strategies into overall marketing initiatives
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
- Function as the Creative Leader, the Project Manager within a small, but agile and experienced team of creatives, and ready to get their hands into all of the work, with no task too small or large to tackle directly.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or considerable practical experience.
- 5+ years proven experience in creative marketing roles, preferably within the health tech or related industry
- Excellent proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier), Figma, AI: Midjourney or DALL-E, other AI skills and Asana (Project Management)
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, brand development, and content creation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Enthusiasm for the industry, platforms, and staying ahead of updates and changes to win.
- Customer centric approach to marketing and analysis
- Ability to influence across diverse set of stakeholders
- Success managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to manage across functional teams in a highly matrixed environment
