Very simply, MPG is a development studio that helps other development studios make their multiplayer games better. We build and provide cross-discipline teams of engineers, artists, designers, producers, and QA, and we work with studios to create, develop, iterate, and maintain their multiplayer games.

**Your Mission**:
Working within our production team, you’ll be embedded into our project teams, collaborating and managing our development teams, with an emphasis on art and design, to ensure that we are on track to deliver an awesome product.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Developing project plans, workflows and managing milestones
- Working with team Leads/Technical Directors to manage resources of the project
- Looking after the Art & Design functions on projects
- Ensuring efficient communication between our client and MPG
- Tracking and scheduling production pipelines
- Organising and partaking in daily client and internal stand-ups

**What we need from you**:

- Previous experience in a production/project management environment within the game industry
- A huge plus would be that you come from a creative background
- Previous experience of project management software, such as JIRA
- Strong knowledge of game development processes, preferably on AAA games across art and design
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- An autonomous and proactive attitude
