Executive Account Manager

**Role purpose**
At Colt we are changing the perception of our business and industry sector. As part of this transformation we are growing new services and teams to facilitate and drive the business to the next level.
This role will be responsible for developing and winning new logos in the Enterprise space. To be successful in this role you will need to be outcome focused and able to articulate your goals clearly. You won't depend on the business for direction or guidance and you will take the initiative while having the ability to focus on opportunities and solutions.
We are looking for someone with focus, persistence, competitiveness, determination to win and possessing leadership qualities.
**Key accountabilities**
- 80/20 split of new business/ account management
- Winning new business across all product lines (Data, Cloud, Security and Voice) for Colt.
- Penetrates the client organisation across all business divisions to create demand for Colt Services propositions
- Deliver a compelling Colt value proposition to target customers up to C-suite level
- Develop a sales plan based on booking targets, allocated named accounts (prospects)
- Work within a team of Sales Engineers and Bid Managers to define a compelling win-strategy for each opportunity
- Achieve/overachieve personal booking targets
- Deliver proper reporting (pipeline, forecast, win-loss ratio) in order to manage achievement of booking targets
- Identify the right prospect’s stakeholder and builds connection quickly to drive consensus for deals
- Work cooperatively with a wide range of internal stakeholders for deal success
**Skills & Experience**:
- 5 - 10 years Enterprise sales experience in Switzerland, preferably working in the Telecommunications or related industries.
- Proven track record in winning Enterprise new business. “Real Hunter.”
- English language skills at professional level and fluent German
- Negotiation and rapport building.
- Professional Pipeline and Forecast-management.
- Proven and consistent track record on hunting new accounts (new logos).
- Ability to present and influence at Director levels in a multicultural and multinational environment
- Knowledge of and ability to use CRM tools such as C4C.
