Within the Design department, we would like to integrate a Jewellery Design Manager to join our HQ team. Your role as a design manager is to develop the creative vision for the Jewellery products in line with the aesthetic codes and the strategy of Piaget, as well as manage a team of designers.

**You will make an impact by**:

- Using your previous experiences to design new fine & medium jewellery products: Propose new ideas, develop the design, offer various versions for the same product, and color the design for presentation purposes
- Participating in the creation of special orders
- Working transversally with the marketing and development departments and represent the Design department in several instances
- Taking ownership of the Piaget style
- Participating in the technical development of your projects: Ensure the development of prototypes in collaboration with the technical department and the manufacturing teams, propose technical improvements, communicate all the necessary elements for the understanding and realization of the project (sketch, volume,)
- Participating in the brainstorming of creative collections and collection rendering
- Managing a team of designers
- Staying aware of market trends, fashion and innovation

**The exceptional skills we are looking for**:

- You have a background in Applied Arts, Fine Arts, or School of Art and an expertise in product design
- You have **at least 8 to 10 years of experience designing high-end Jewellery products**. Some knowledge of gemology and precious components is a strong asset.
- You have a previous experience in transversal project management
- You master the techniques of hand drawing and gouache
- Excellent knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D, procreate...
- With a great sense of creativity and an artistic sensitivity, you are an innovative and visionary person
- Your curiosity, enthusiasm, dynamism and humility strengthen your strong team spirit, your openness to others and your curiosity
