**Job Intro**

We're seeking a part-time Scrum Master (50%) in Geneva to optimize team performance and agile rituals in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Restructure sprint planning and team rituals for clarity and cohesion
- Lead daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Facilitate alignment between dev teams, DevOps, and the Product Owner
- Identify blockers and support team-driven solutions
- Optimize Jira workflows, dashboards, and backlog tracking
- Support the PO with backlog grooming and prioritization
- Monitor team velocity and promote agile KPIs
- Encourage continuous improvement and positive feedback culture
- Adapt agile practices to a flexible startup environment
- Act as an advocate for product culture and technical alignment

**Profile criteria**:

- Must: At least 3 years of experience in social media management and digital content creation
- Must: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
- Must: Familiar with platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Must: Experienced in web design (WordPress/Webflow) with strong UX/UI principles
- Must: Comfortable using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Yoast SEO)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Skilled in designing responsive, modern websites and landing pages
- Able to manage cross-platform communication campaigns
- Autonomous, organized, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Passionate about tech, innovation, and digital communities
- Bonus: Knowledge of HTML/CSS or Shopify
- Bonus: Experience in motion design (After Effects or similar tools)
