Its - _raison d’être_ is "making life more beautiful, passing on a more beautiful planet".- Operating in more than 150 countries, we are now the number one skincare company in Europe and are accelerating our development on all other continents, particularly in Asia and the Americas.- Because our 8,000 talents are unique, we are committed to promoting diversity in all its forms.- Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story?**MISSIONS** **1.TRADE ANIMATIONS DEVELOPMENT** - Ensure global TR consistency in terms of brand image Define the thematic, assortment and consumer journey for each animation Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to design the 3D of podiums & POS material Lead the development of the furniture with the suppliers Liaise with the operators and sales managers for design approval and perfect execution in the shops Participate to the installation of the major podiums Collect the results and analyze ROI for each animation Forecast and follow-up the promotion material stocks (POS & GWP) Monitor the promotion data base with the sales coordinators**2. DIGITAL** - Keep an updated overview of our online presence Build & manage the digital calendar per retailer Help support retailers with their requests on all Clarins e-listings Deliver bespoken assets according to the digital package negotiated per retailer each year**3.AIRLINES & FERRIES** - Manage our inflight and ferries magazines presence with the coordinator of the area Adapt the layouts according to the guidelines provided by the brand Liaise with creative agencies for specific design requests and with Paris HQ for approval**EDUCATION/DEGREE** - Master’s degree level in Business, Marketing or Digital**BACKGROUND INCLUDING TOTAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE** - Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally in a marketing or digital position Knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus**GENERAL SKILLS** - Action/results oriented Well-organized, able to handle multiple priorities, autonomous Creative thinking & aesthetic sense Attention to details Willing to work in a fast-paced environment Willing to travel overall Europe**TECHNICAL SKILLS** - Fluent in English Office Pack Photoshop- If you have a curious mind, a thirst to go further and the drive to boldly take on new challenges, join us.
