As part of our continued international growth, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager – Wholesale to oversee and expand our global wholesale network. Job Title: Sales Manager – WholesaleLocation: Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva, SwitzerlandTravel Requirement: ~75% of working time (international) Key Responsibilities Manage and grow our existing wholesale accounts across key international markets. Identify new business opportunities and develop strong, long-term relationships with distributors and retailers. Act as the primary contact between the brand and wholesale partners, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies. Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and sell-out trends to optimize order planning and revenue growth. Lead regular business reviews with partners, set targets, and ensure achievement of KPIs. Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, operations) to ensure seamless execution and partner support. Represent the brand during key trade fairs, events, and market visits. Profile 5 to 10 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the watch or luxury goods industry. Proven track record in wholesale business development and account management. Fluent in English and French; additional languages (e.g. Spanish, German, or Italian) are an asset. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Strong understanding of international markets and luxury retail environments. Willingness and ability to travel extensively (approx. 75%).
