Then you must be the right talent to join our team as an VM Project Manager

You will be in charge of the development & implementation of all the permanent VM in our distribution networks (Retail & Wholesale).

You will work closely with the Head of VM, the Creative Project Officer, the Retail team, the Content team, the Supply & Procurement teams.

**Main missions**:
Develop & maintain the Corporate POSM (Retail & Wholesale) at its Luxury standard

Current POSM Corporate

Anticipate the global needs

Collect market feedbacks

Monitor the annual re-order

Track & check the market forecasts with the Supply team to optimize the local market stock

New POSM Corporate

Identify & collect the market needs & develop the new permanent VM concept

Follow the creative & technical development with external agencies

Coordinate the tender and prototypes validations in collaboration with the Purchasing department

Monitor the production of the materials with our suppliers, in collaboration with the Purchasing department and follow the logistics with the Supply Chain team (forecasts, stock, timely deployment on the markets)

Develop the adapted guidelines to support the markets in the implementation of the materials

Follow up the implementation with pictures reporting and qualitative survey

Monitor the budget and the planning

Support the markets to develop the jewellery in the wholesale network

Current Packaging

Key contact for production & issues

Develop made to measure projects

Follow the inventory status of the current boxes

New Packaging

Define and develop the new range of packaging (bags and boxes) - Identify business & brand image’s needs

Lead the Packaging taskforce with all the departments (Purchasing, Finance, Supply, Marketing, Retail, Communication)

Coordinate the supplier tender in collaboration with the Purchasing department

Follow the implementation of the new packaging in the distribution network (phase in / phase out)

Develop the adapted guidelines to support the markets in the implementation of the new packaging & follow the implementations with reports

Monitor the budget and the planning

Corporate & Seasonal promotional items

Identify and collect needs with markets & develop the brand gifts offer for end customers and press

Closely work with CRM in regard to the Global gifting strategy

Create the supplier brief (design and production), coordinate the tender & prototypes validation in collaboration with the Purchasing department

Monitor the production of these items with our suppliers, in collaboration with the Purchasing / Supply Chain / Logistics teams

Develop the adapted guidelines to support the markets in the implementation & Manage the follow up with reports

Monitor the budget and the planning

Boutique Environment

Manage the music system and playlist updates

Follow-up the boutique perfume system with the HQ SDP & local SDP/VM teams

Enrich the annual flowers guidelines

**The exceptional skills we are looking for**:
You have 5 to 10 years of experience in Luxury or Cosmetic industries

Master degree in Fashion or Business school

Passionate about Luxury industries - VM & Architecture

Proficient with Microsoft office - Photoshop

Strong team spirit

Creative and effective / pragmatic

Well organized / Structured

Mental agility (capacity to manage several projects in parallel)

Curious and in a constant way of improvement

Business mindset driven
