What we expect from our watches, we expect from us: Never stand still. We are looking for a Client Journey Manager (M/F/d) based in Geneva, Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland, permanent and in full-time. Your mission In your role as Client Journey Manager, you will develop innovative, cross-functional customer journeys across the entire customer lifecycle. Together with Marketing, Retail and Analytics, you will be responsible for the implementation of our CRM communications strategy and ensure that all communications are targeted, trackable, personalized and part of a seamless cross-channel customer journey. You will start with us at exactly the right time, as we are just introducing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a new CRM system within the company, and you will be involved in the creation and implementation of the new journeys, campaigns, processes and workflows from the very beginning. Your tasks **Customer Journey & Campaign Management** - Rollout of client journeys and, if necessary, local adaptation for our markets worldwide - Performance analysis to measure the effectiveness of CRM measures to derive clear, actionable insights and recommendations (e.g. loyalty, personalization, segmentation) - Use of A/B or multivariate tests - Defining target groups and translating them into data selections in Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Coordination and management of the external CRM agency in the implementation of campaigns (e.g. create/review briefings, coordination of the approval process and send-outs) - Close cooperation and coordination with Marketing, Retail, After Sales Service, eCom and Analytics as well as CRM contacts in our markets worldwide **Product Owner Salesforce Marketing Cloud** - Responsibility for the support and continuous development of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related processes and workflows in close cooperation with the stakeholders internally as well as on the Richemont group side - Testing and introduction of new functionalities within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and subsequent use of the new features for CRM campaigns and customer communication Your skills - Bachelor’s degree or above in the field of marketing, economics, business informatics or comparable training - Several years of experience in CRM as well as in the operational implementation of campaigns in the areas of lead management, customer retention and activation - Experience and expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including Journey Builder, Content, Contact Builder and Data Extensions) - Data-driven mindset, understanding of database structures, and ideally some user knowledge of SQL - Basic knowledge of HTML and/or CSS is an advantage - Pragmatic solution-thinking, very organized and used to drive topics forward independently and in a leading role - Customer orientation, creativity as well as an eye for detail are among your personal characteristics - Strong communication skills and ability in building cross-functional and cross-hierarchical networks - Fluent Business English skills are required, German or French is a plus What we offer - A highly motivated international team - High degree of personal responsibility and opportunity to bring in your own ideas - Performance-based, attractive compensation with 13th salary and participation in the bonus program - International cooperation within the Richemont Group - A modern working environment - Flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home - Subsidy for the job ticket - Employer-sponsored pension plan and capital-forming benefits - Health maintenance measures and company medical care - Subsidy for childcare costs for non-school-age children - Use of digital training opportunities in LinkedIn Learning and Speexx - Extensive corporate benefits offers A challenging task awaits you in a modern-oriented company of the Richemont Group.
