Within the Customer Service Department, you will manage cross-functional projects by ensuring scoping, impact analysis, monitoring, planning, management (Quality, Costs, Deadlines). You will carry out cross-functional projects or transformation initiatives to serve the strategy and business needs of the company to improve Client satisfaction around Services.

- Contribute to shaping the Services digitalization & Client experience agenda for Vacheron Constantin.
- Work in close collaboration with Retail / Contact Centers & Digital departments.
- Manage end-to-end Customer Service projects.
- Act as Project manager:
- Clarify and align requirements with internal & group stakeholders.
- Produce and follow-up project plan.
- Manage key-user tests in relationship with project stakeholders.
- Lead change management.
- Ensure post go live set-up.

**Requirements**:

- Feel at ease with driving projects and cultural changes in a matrix organization.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in projects management, consulting experience is a plus.
- Fluency in spoken and written in French and English, another language is a plus.
- Knowledge of Confluence and Jira are a plus.
- Knowledge of Services / After-Sales are a plus.
- Articulated and effective communicator with good presentation, analytical and organizational skills.
- Demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement with a high degree of initiative.
- Resilient and comfortable taking ownership.
- Ability to build valuable stakeholder relationships.
