**Job intro**:
We’re seeking a Social Media Manager & Web Designer to join our Geneva team (hybrid). Your mission: grow our brand visibility while shaping exceptional web experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and animate social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Plan and execute content strategies aligned with brand and product goals
- Design and publish posts, visuals, videos, and interactive stories
- Track and analyze campaign performance (KPIs, engagement, ROI)
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams on cross-platform campaigns
- Create mockups and graphic assets for social and web use
- Design and update website pages, landing pages, and UX elements
- Ensure SEO optimization across web content and pages
- Maintain visual consistency across platforms
- Use tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite for daily production
- Maintain CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow) and propose UX improvements
- Monitor digital trends and test new formats (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

**Profile criteria**:

- Must: Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and web design
- Must: Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Must: Strong grasp of digital content strategy and social media trends
- Must: Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow
- Must: Comfortable with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Yoast)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience in designing user-centric, mobile-friendly websites
- Familiar with marketing tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Creative, autonomous, and detail-oriented
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- Passionate about tech, innovation, and emerging media
- Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS or motion design tools (After Effects)
- Bonus: Experience with campaign analytics and A/B testing
