Bio-Rad in Cressier/Switzerland is looking for a Product Support Sceintist at 100%.

**How you'll make an impact**
- You resolve customer concerns and inquiries regarding IH products and escalate them to the appropriate departments within the organization, if necessary.
- You perform biological and technical tests and compile the findings in corresponding investigation reports.
- You design, organize and conduct internal training courses in English.

**What you bring**
- You have a medical or biological education.
- You have a solid Immuno-Hematology knowledge, and a work experience in a lab/hospital environment.
- Ideally, you have a first experience on a support function.
- You have good analytical skills and are technically savvy.
- You are a team playerand you have a strong customer focus.
- You can express yourself in a brief and comprehensible way, are organized and you can be patient and persistent.
- You have excellent oral and written English skills and any other language, preferably German and/or French, would be a plus.
