As a genuine business engineer focused on innovation and product development / management, your mission is to lead the definition and implementation of innovations into effective commercial offerings.
**Das sind Ihre Aufgaben**
**Main tasks and responsibilities**
- Drive new industrial business cases definition from opportunity identification to industrialization
- Create the overall plans, rationale, objectives, resources, timelines, and budget to secure management approval
- Design dedicated strategic product development roadmaps and go to market strategies
- Identify potential strategic business development partners, building up a strong network and relationships
- Maintain ongoing tight follow-up of your projects’ technical and commercial developments
- Collaborate closely with key clients to prove market interest, business value and deliver traction
- Deliver initial commercial pilots and sales before handing over to out operative business units
**Das bringen Sie mit**
- Education and experience- Master degree in strategic business or marketing with a strong acumen for business development in an industrial domain, with ideally a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or automation (5 years degree)
- Strong customer orientation with strategic outlook and multi phases execution planning skills
- Past exposure across functions and geographical regions within in a complex organization
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a start-up or industrial context, with new business development
- Previous business engineering experience, together with business project management
