WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As a project manager (M/F/d) at Rheinmetall Air Defence AG, you will lead industrial cooperation projects in which you can contribute and develop your expertise. You will act as the central contact person for other Rheinmetall companies, joint ventures and external companies.
Specifically, you will take on the following tasks:
- Elaboration of a cooperation concept to achieve the contractual and business objectives
- Selection of companies and partners in the bidding phase
- Definition of costs and scope in cooperation with the technical departments and the external partners
- Planning and implementation of technology transfer
- Definition of investment, training and information needs
- Reporting within the framework of programme implementation to programme and executive management
- Overall coordination to ensure programme progress
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Technical training and ideally additional business training
- Experience as a project manager in an industrial environment
- A high IT affinity or a good technical understanding should be present
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Negotiating skills, assertiveness and flexibility in finding solutions
- Industry knowledge (defence technology or other capital goods) is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Flexibility for business trips lasting several days and strong intercultural skills
