Manager Production Support

Your tasks
- Improve safety culture through communication, as well as identification and elimination of safety risks of our industrial machinery
- Define equipment maintenance strategy (TPM) and implement accordingly, in collaboration with local teams and equipment and maintenance suppliers
- Technical specification of production equipment retrofits and new equipment
- Responsible for maintenance, repair and overhaul work of production equipment and systems in accordance with the TPM strategy
- Guarantee equipment availability to meet operational targets, including timely troubleshooting, identification of root causes, issue resolution and reporting of appropriate KPIs (e.g. OEE)
- Develop and control the annual CAPEX budget to ensure that it's consistent with the overall strategic objectives of the company and is within plan
- Execute sourcing of equipment in cooperation with Procurement
- Supervise external suppliers for equipment inspections, troubleshooting of complex software and hardware errors, as well as erection and commissioning of new equipment
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders like Process Engineering and Repair Development Engineering
- Support introduction of innovative, differentiating operations repair capabilities
- Work collaboratively with direct reports to support their career progression, nurture their development and to help them realize their potential.
**Profile**:
- Higher education in technology-related field
- Experienced leader, preferably in the field of industrial equipment maintenance
- Demonstrated project management and practical problem-solving skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Strong interest in industrial technology trends and the ability to implement them
- Confident personality with hands-on mentality, persuasiveness and assertiveness
- Proficient in German and English (written and spoken)
