**Your role**
- Are you a document output management expert and would like to help us to enhance our client experience and deliver excellent services?
- Then you are exactly the person we are looking for to complement our Service Management Team in Zurich Altstetten.

Your area of responsibility:
- our Service Management Team is responsible for production and distribution of client documents in time and to UBS quality standards across all output channels.
- you plan, steer, and control all major production cycles and monitor the daily productions.
- you manage our external print service provider to ensure compliance to service level agreements, quality standards and commercial rates.
- to enable lean and cost-efficient output production you analyze and optimize the system configuration, execute tests, and confirm successful implementation.
- during change initiatives and production incidents you closely collaborate with your colleagues from production support, IT and 3rd party service managers and take the lead in your area of responsibility.

**Your expertise**
- you have a proven track record of relevant roles in the domain of output or document lifecycle management and/or are an experienced Service Manager.
- you have experience in Contract and/or Provider Management and have built successful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in your professional career.
- risk awareness, service excellence and customer-oriented thinking determine your thought leadership and how you perform your daily activities.
- you can communicate fluently in German and English.
