As Manager Service Delivery, you are part of the IT Services leadership team and you play a pivotal role in further developing and managing the service portfolio in alignment with SRT’s business and IT strategy.

Together with your team and the IT service providers you are responsible to develop, deliver and improve the IT services in support of our IT transformation and at the same time impress our users with an excellent service experience.

Your tasks
- Establish and develop the new SIAM team
- Define and implement the SIAM framework
- Manage IT service providers and maintain strong relationships
- Introduce new IT services and solutions
- Drive continuous improvement of service quality and user experience
- Deliver business value and optimise costs

**Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Leadership personality
- Proven experience in developing and leading teams within an IT function
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management in a multi provider environment
- Knowledge of SIAM frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. SIAM and ITIL certificate are highly desirable
- Structured, analytical and process orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outcome focussed, pragmatic
