**Global Product Line Manager PLC and Automation (flexible location)**:

In this role you will be responsible to build a comprehensive automation portfolio plan including PLC, Automation integration, Functional safety and user tools. You will position ABB Drive Products as the industry benchmark for ease of use and integration. The focus will be to assure the seamless bundling of ABB drives, Servos & PLC together as well as easy integration to 3rd party automation eco-systems. Reporting to the Drive products Product management function leader. This role is open globally, but location is set in ABB Offices in Germany or Finland.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Lead offering and solution strategy creation - contribute to strategy definition and translates business strategy into the offering and solution portfolio through market and customer segmentation.
- Evaluation and prioritization of the product development roadmap to create maximum value, follow up of portfolio performance, and ensure the coordination with R&D to align development priorities & budgets
- Business landscape Analyses and tracks globally market, technology, competitor and customer requirements and trends related to the offering and determines competitive attributes and value proposition.
- Lead innovation initiatives with key customers.
- Lead Collaboration in communities of practice across our CoEs with focus to guide, motivates and develop. Lead the cross division and cross business collaboration on co-developments and initiatives.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in leading strategic initiatives for product or segment sales.
- Strong background in Sales, product management, business development, team or function leader.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience with digital marketing platforms and with cross division collaboration.
- Line manager experience is considered as a plus.
