In this role you will be responsible for defining, developing and monitoring the ABB Robotics’ Global Data driven services portfolio. You will be contributing to the service portfolio strategy and translating the portfolio strategy and market requirements into competitive offerings. You will take the strategic market perspective to establish a product strategy that will create customer value through innovation. You’ll lead the definition of the offerings requirements, the value proposition and business model and be responsible for the product market fit.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for defining, developing, and monitoring the global Data Driven Services portfolio. Lead the market intelligence analysis. Identify potential gaps in the Data Driven Services portfolio, both against competition and new market opportunities
- Identifying customer needs, opportunities and risks and translating it into a competitive product strategy and roadmap that contributes and aligns with the overall service portfolio strategy
- Define the customer value proposition per segment and channel and validate it using minimum viable products (MVPs) and prototypes to ensure product market fit
- Own the market requirements specification and define a business plan incl. (new) business models that support a sustainable growth. Prioritize development projects in the roadmap and coordinate cross-functional teams for successful implementation
- Collaborate closely with the Global Service Network, Global Product Management Team, the Robotics R&D teams and the Product Line Digital & Software. Be an active team member in the Global Product Management team within Robotics Service and seek opportunities for combining Data Driven Services with other service offerings or components of it to achieve new customer values and to strengthen the overall portfolio competitiveness
- Initiate and drive the product market communication strategy, including product launch planning and implementation, and ensure a clear communication to relevant channels and stakeholders. Define, monitor and analyze the financial performance metrics of Data Driven Services
- Incorporate guiding principles of Customer Focus, Innovation, Circularity and Sustainability in your daily work. Ensure the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.

**Your background**:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering in any technical discipline or in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Product management or related area, preferable in a global industrial environment
- 3+ years of experience in developing services in a B2B business context, experience in developing data driven services is a strong plus
- Analytical thinking combined with business acumen
- Ability to map the product roadmap and priorities into actionable steps and minimum viable products (MVPs)
- Understanding and interest in Robotics and Automation is a plus
- A collaborative, solution-focused and structured approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Cultural awareness
- Proficiency in English language is a must
