- We’re looking for a Product Manager LE Control / Posting & Adjustment Services to:
- The current products are graphical user interfaces which can be used for different tasks, such as the management of data in databases as well as an universal data browsing tool for data analysis and ad hoc reporting. Furthermore, user defined workflows can be built, which support the end user in the process of data manipulation.
- co-develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle (including creation, version and infrastructure upgrades, and eventual decommissioning)
- drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod
- act as product owner within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers.
- ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights)
- support pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals
- ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from also a technical and non-functional requirement (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability,...)

**Your team**
- In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the General Ledger Accounting, Transformation, Allocation & Control (ATAC)team in Zurich who focuses on timely production and compliance of pre-consolidated financial statements in all dimensions required. Specifically, the LE Control pods focus on- Analytical review and control of pre/post-consolidated multi GAAP trial balances enabled with persona oriented, effective and performant Control Reports
- Preparation, validation, commentaries and sign-off Legal Entity Trial Balance
- Posting, adjustments and workflow enablement

**Your expertise**
- working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
- delivery of complex products to clients, ideally within the financial industry, specifically Financial and Regulatory accounting
- setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
- Seasoned accounting production and control understanding
