Customer Support is the primary point of entry for every customer with regard to existing products, data and technical support queries. As a Global Data & Product Champion for MDF (Market Data Feed) in Customer Support, you bring the right skill set, knowledge and dedication to ensure the upskilling of our global Customer Support teams in line with our Real-Time Data strategy.

You will engage with and coordinate a community of local MDF product champions across locations, develop knowledge and training material to ensure a globally consistent approach for serving our customers, and be the ultimate go-to person for resolving complex customer queries and guide Customer Support colleagues through the solution.

For this role, you build upon your leadership skills to guide and facilitate a global champion community, and provide motivation and patience to upskill the global team. You are able to leverage your communication and training skills and use your internal network where needed. Besides alternating between team and autonomous work, you are also sensitive to cultural differences while being focused on the big picture.

**What You Will Do**:

- set-up and facilitate a virtual team/network of local champions across all locations
- closely work with other departments to align on tasks and knowledge transfer and facilitate knowledge handover to Customer Support
- define MDF knowledge and learning needs for global Customer Support colleagues, develop MDF knowledge material and provide training to Customer Support Agents and ensure adoption of practices and common ways of working globally
- review existing MDF material and define a clear structure to build up knowledge that can be accessed and used by all global Customer Support team members
- support the resolution of customer MDF requests

**What You Bring**:

- you are a Banking Professional with profound IT knowledge, or an IT Specialist with experience in Financial Data and securities
- analytical and investigative mindset to structure problems and drive solutions
- financial data and securities experience, ideally in the market data environment
- solid technical know-how and basic knowledge in writing/reading software programs/scripts, Unix and network experience is an advantage
- willingness to quickly develop excellent product/service, data and technical knowledge about MDF Select and MDF Stream and its related supply chain, and SIX BFI Products in general
- high degree of customer centricity and service orientation
- positive, innovative, curious and motivated personality who can work with minimum supervision and guide others
- team player and networker who enjoys developing and training others, ability to build relationships with various stakeholders and to run a community
- excellent English language skills, German and French strongly desirable
