- This includes the following activities:
- front to back optimization and integration of the records management framework elements in existing inventory, compliance and monitoring processes
- engage to improve the overall records management processes
- define requirements and ensure implementation of agreed change projects
- ensure appropriate, easy to understand and easy to maintain documentation and training content
- facilitate and support training of stakeholders

- previous exposure or familiarity to project management approaches, good planning and communication skills
- excellence in understanding complex issues and presenting them in a simple and understandable manner
