**This position reports to**:
Group Program Manager, Digital Procurement

**Your role and responsibilities**:
This role is open globally, but location is set in ABB MODP offices with a preference for Finland, Poland or India. - Define, with key stakeholders, the scope of work, cost/budget, resources required, time schedule, and detailed work allocation. - Effectively organize, monitor and control activities to ensure achievement of planned stage-gates and efficient utilization of available resources. Monitor and control project cost and financials. - Identify, contain and reduce risk, and ensure that all opportunities are captured and acted upon. Formalize acceptance of the project and bring all the project elements to a conclusion. - Ensure projects follow sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with standard ABB internal directives and procedures. - Serve as the key contact for the project stakeholders, and an escalation point for project issues. Effectively communicate appropriate information to stakeholders in a timely manner and to achieve desired understanding and support. - Lead the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and/or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones. - Coach, develop and provide feedback regarding those individuals allocated to work on project. - Keep up to date and informed about any change in strategy and is consulted regarding any incident or other project which has, or might have, a major impact on the project.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Bachelor’s or higher degree in any relevant field (Engineering, Finance, Economics).
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role with relevant experience in Project Management.
- Previous experience in supply chain management and sourcing, especially from temporary labor market.
- Previous experience in IS implementation, preferably with SAP Fieldglass or other contingent workforce planning tool/system.
- Self-motivated and driven leader with ability to get the best out of a diverse team.
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
