For our office in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Project Leader in Financial Services (M/F/d)

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE?

High Customer Impact: Would you like to lead innovative transformation projects in the financial services industry and accompany leading banks and insurance companies on their innovation journey as a Management Consultant?

From strategy to operations: Would you like to develop strategic roadmaps, define operating models, optimize value chains and processes and generate high added value for your customers?

Build and expand: Are you ready to expand and build long-term customer relationships and a management consulting unit?

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Project Management : Lead Management Consulting projects with a focus on strategic transformation, operating models and value chains for leading banks and/or insurance companies
- Business Development : Team up with senior representatives of our current clients and expand our international network of client relationships
- Entrepreneurial Build-up : Contribute to establish and grow our new Management Consulting Unit - based in Zurich, working internationally

**Requirements**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Successfully completed university studies as well as convincing professional work experience as Management Consultant in Banking and/or Insurance
- Entrepreneurial and future-oriented thinking
- Impact

- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Skills in project management, relationship management and people development
- Strong role model for colleagues and peers
- High degree of personal integrity, resilience, and people orientation
- Very good English and German skills, willingness to travel (primarily UK and EU)
- Ideally own relationships within the Financial Services industry
