Junior PMO/BA: Operations

Experis is currently supporting our client, a premier global technology brand, with their search for a Junior PMO. I **am looking for you: a young specialist with 2 - 5 years of professional experience in financial field**, with excellent commutation skills. If you bring along the required skillset, please read on and apply.

**Location**: Zurich
**Duration**: 18 months
**Workload**: 60-100%

**Your responsibilities**:

- Tracking requests, handling escalations and total investment
- Day-to-day forecast adjustments
- Tracking of local sheet - updating of status
- You will be responsible for reporting and will collaborate with different stakeholders
- Ensuring consistent communication to partners as a central point of contact and acting as a bridge between them and the multiple services
- Systematically identifying and analyzing requirements
- Have full oversight over the relevant partnerships to drive business development i.e. agreements in place, existing offering and technical setup, new initiatives etc.
- Data analysis of investment activity to identify and present opportunities to improve the performance
**Your background**:

- 2-5 years in PMO / Project Management / Business Analyst / Business Manager position
- Previous experience in tech or financial sector
- Experience working with budget
- Excellent English, German is a plus
