One significant part of ZBEdge is the Mixed Reality Platform.

For the commercialization the Mixed Reality Platform we are looking for a **Marketing Manager **for** Mixed Reality EMEA **who will be responsible for the introduction and commercialization of the **OptiVu Mixed Reality platform** within the EMEA region, reporting to the Marketing Director TDS EMEA.

The person will be responsible for developing, refining and executing the marketing strategy in cooperating with country marketing, sales, commercial leaders in the country sales organizations and the Global Technology & Data team based in the U.S.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develops and coordinates the execution of marketing strategies and tactics with local markets (P-Mix, Sales Training, Tools & Materials)
- Provide sales force with strategy and knowledge to ensure commercialization in excellence
- Contributes to the achievement of financial targets
- Enables market & customer development
- Drives and executes insights and strategies to improve customer experience journey
- Drives market insights and represent EMEA market requirements to Global Product Management
- Develops and manages assigned budgets to execute marketing strategies and tactics

**Education/Experience Requirements**:

- Master’s degree (preferably in business administration)
- Minimum 7 years of commercial/downstream marketing experience within Healthcare (Preferred: in orthopedic, hospital or industry) out of which at least 3 years in digital technologies. Mixed/Virtual Reality experience is preferred
- Experience in management of new product introduction and growth strategies, particularly in the area of medtech technologies
- Demonstrates strong customer centric behavior and a growth mind-set to achieve ambitious results
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in written from with a clear and concise manner
- Ability to influence others, strong organizational skills, handle increasing levels of responsibility
- Convincing presentation skills
- Energizes all levels of the organization to deliver on business goals and objectives
- Demonstrates characteristics of high potential for future development opportunities
- Demonstration of strong business acumen, market and sales and selling process
- Experience working with traditional marketing concepts, marketing strategies, product promotion, market analysis, and forecasting
- Fluent in English (Preferred: in addition, German, French or any other European language)

**Travel Requirements**:
This dynamic job position requires a willingness to travel (approximately 20%).
