**Junior Account Executive - Public Relations**:

We’re seeking a **Junior Account Executive - Public Relations** to support our growing PR team, contributing to client campaigns and building strong media relationships.
**Position Overview**:
The **Junior Account Executive - Public Relations** will support the execution of public relations strategies for a diverse range of clients. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional who is eager to grow their career in PR. You will assist in drafting press materials, pitching media, coordinating events, and monitoring campaign performance while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Media Relations**: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers to secure media coverage for clients.
- **Pitching**: Draft compelling pitches and press releases tailored to various audiences and media outlets.
- **Press Materials**: Assist in creating media kits, fact sheets, bios, and other collateral as needed.
- **Client Support**: Participate in client meetings, prepare agendas, and provide updates on campaign progress.
- **Media Monitoring**: Track media coverage, create coverage reports, and analyze campaign performance to measure success.
- **Event Coordination**: Support planning and execution of client events, including press conferences, product launches, and community initiatives.
- **Social Media Collaboration**: Work with the digital team to align social media efforts with PR campaigns.
- **Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and media opportunities relevant to clients.
- **Administrative Support**: Maintain media lists, client files, and other organizational tools to streamline team workflows.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field (internships included).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft engaging content.
- Familiarity with PR tools such as Cision, Meltwater, or Muck Rack is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Interest in media trends, pop culture, and the ever-evolving PR landscape.
