Junior Account Manager (d/f/m) 80–100%Are you passionate about building relationships, creating value for customers, and shaping the future of mobility in Switzerland? At FAIRTIQ, we are looking for a Junior Account Manager to support and grow our partnerships in the Swiss public transport market.
In this role, you are the voice of FAIRTIQ for our partners. You will strengthen existing relationships, spot opportunities and actively help our partners get the most out of our solutions.
What you'll doBuild, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with public transport partners across SwitzerlandProactively advise partners and identify opportunities to create additional value with FAIRTIQ solutionsPrepare offers and support commercial discussionsTake ownership of administrative and coordination tasks to ensure partner management running smoothlyActively contribute to improving internal processes and ways of workingWork closely with Product Management, Marketing, and other internal teams to turn partner needs into realityMeet partners regularly – remotely or on site – and you are happy to travel within Switzerland around 2–4 times per monthWhat you bringA completed degree or further education in business, marketing, tourism, or a comparable field1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a similar role – ideally in tech, mobility, or public transportVery good French and English skills, allowing confident communication in a professional environment.
