HR Product Owner

WHAT'S THE ROLE?

As the Time and Absence Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and the development of our global Time and Absence solution. You will lead the time and absence stream groupwide and work closely with local entities to both understand both their business requirements and legal contexts, and support both the implementation and evolution of their time and absence solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and quality assurance, to ensure delivery/implementation as well as continuously improve how we manage time and absence.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

- You have a proven track record in Time & Absence environment with Workday expertise, with ideally 2+ years of Workday Time & Absence experience
- You demonstrate effective communication skills, including structuring clear presentations and distilling critical messages for different stakeholders
- You are proactive and well-structured with excellent planning and organizational skills
- You have a process and project-oriented mindset and project management experience
- Experience working within international teams across different time zones is a plus
- You are completely fluent in spoken and written English
