Nous recherchons pour l’un de nos clients le profil suivant:

- Assisting the Director with sale-related duties and coordinating the execution of transactions from beginning to end (authentication process, reviewing contracts and payment terms, invoicing) - Managing and coordinating shipping and logistics (liaising with shipping companies and storage, negotiating quotes, organizing insurance coverage, managing consignments, conservation and storage) - Liaising with private collectors, dealers, galleries, auction houses and suppliers; Providing bespoke customer service - Creating factsheets and conducting extensive research on artworks (provenance, exhibitions, literature) - Maintaining and updating databases (clients, artwork inventory, insurance inventory) - Assisting the Director with travel arrangements (bookings, meetings, responses to invitations, organizing calendars) - Assisting with accounting and tax filings - Implementing compliance procedures (KYC documents) - Working closely with the Communication and Business Development team - Assisting with the organization of events and exhibitions; Developing ideas for special projects - Performing general duties (office management, archiving, ordering supplies, copying, mailing) - Undertake other administrative tasks as required.
- Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in a related field and/or 2+ years of experience in a similar position - Passionate about Visual Arts, knowledge of the Contemporary Art Market - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with flexibility and attention to detail - Discretion in handling confidential information with utmost integrity - Fluency in French and English required (additional language a plus) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Artlogic a plus) - Ability to work under pressure and manage demanding HNWI - Comfortable working in a hybrid and family-like environment
