**Description**
Doxee S.p.A. is an high-tech group specialized in products for Customer Communications Management (CCM), Digital Customer Experience and Dematerialization.
Due to our long-term and sustainable growth, we are currently looking for curious and committed sales experts who will drive our growth strategy on Swiss market with us.
Our standard software product is based on the latest technologies and is currently setting the standards on the market in the fast-growing area of document composition and customer communication.
You will sell our Infinica CCM platform to enterprise accounts from different industries. Typical sectors in which our standard software is used are finance, telecommunications, energy service providers, the public sector, logistics, etc.
**You will be working on**:
- acquisition of new customers;
- selling the Infinica CCM platform (including the associated service) as an on-premise or SaaS solution to enterprise accounts in your region;
- managing Complex Sales Cycles ( prospecting, opportunity management, territory and pipeline management, client presentations/demos, coordination of RFP responses and proofs of concept, quoting, negotiation and closing);
- prospecting and pipeline development in close cooperation with Infinica Marketing;
- presentations at Infinica customer events, congresses and industry events.
**MORE ABOUT YOU**:
- You have solid technical and/or economic training (e.g. university degree in computer science, business administration, etc.);
- You have at least 3 years of sales experience and competence with solution selling/complex sales methods and proven sales success in technical solution sales in the B2B environment;
- You are able to understand customer challenges and problems on a technical and business level, to develop suitable solution scenarios and to present these to different management levels in business and IT departments;
- You speak fluent English;
- You are willing to travel and ability to drive the sales process, including on business trips;
- If you have experience in selling SaaS solutions and solutions in the CCM/OMS environment is an advantage.
