What you’ll achieve As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales for our ground-breaking products by building positive relationships with customers through digital communication. You will own the brand of Dell Technologies, ensuring every customer interaction is tailored and outstanding. Role Responsibilities Individual contributors responsible for selling Dell Technologies products, solutions and services to specified Swiss-German customer segments. This position is "quota Carrying", meaning there is a quarterly Revenue target to reach. - Retention, new business development and Acquisition, Manage all aspects of the customer relationships - Negotiate effectively and maintain relationships with both clients and partners - Works effectively in a team environment - Focuses on passionate delivery of a positive and rewarding customer experience according to Dell standards - Increases line of business penetration mainly, Retention/Development focusing on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with new or existing customers - Acquisition focusing on identifying, targeting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities - Gain new accounts and seek opportunities in your account territory - Manage small - to medium-sized accounts - Stay informed of industry trends to help resolve specific market challenges - Recommend business solutions supported with data Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements: - Excellent communication skills: be able to communicate in English and native (Swiss) German required - Ability to recommend business IT solutions considering customer needs.
