Change Manager

To integrate our team and work on state-of-the-art project, we are looking for our new **Change Manager.**

**Contexte**:
In the context of our client Digitalization of Operations program, the New Security Platform project aims to strengthen the Safety & Security information management of Field Operations. The project will strengthenour client's capability in terms of ‘duty of care’, ensuring that security information to staff is duly and timely relayed, and enable an optimized management of operational decision-making in relation to security challenges.

NSP will deliver a solution encompassing business processes and IT solutions supporting day-to-day work for line managers and staff alike. The NSP will enable multidisciplinary and collaborative approaches and ensure up
- and down-stream integration with several other teams, e.g. in Operations, HR (People & Culture), GIS (Geographic Information Systems), Health, Travel, and Institutional Reporting.

The changes brought will have an important impact on the ways of working of delegations and require an adoption of new processes, tools and mindset for all Users from Operations and at all location levels (Sub-Delegations, Delegations and HQ). Furthermore, there are impacts beyond Operations.

**Your tasks**:

- In alignment with the strategies and plans defined at program level, update and refine the project’s change management strategy, sponsorship model and change plans.
- Ensure the project’s change management plans remain relevant, continuously updating them, integrating inputs from the project team, and taking into account feedback from impacted groups and sponsors.
- Support the Project Manager and the sponsors by providing them with relevant information on change management best practices and provide them with timely input that can help inform the high-level decision-making and communication.
- Ensure that change risks, stakeholder resistance and engagement issues are identified and addressed on a ongoing basis and proactively suggest appropriate change management and communication actions.
- In coordination with the Program Management and the Project Management Office, ensure consistency with standard agreed practices, and proper sequencing of all change management actions, considering also other initiatives and operational priorities of the field.
- Prepare learning aporoach and plan actions, collaborating with the Learning & Development team, to ensure learning occurs in a timely and comprehensive manner.
- Plan for the change reinforcement and training refresh activity and support period following go-live.
- University Degree in communication, change management, business administration or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience, working in an international, multi-cultural working environment
- Relevant experience in managing change in global change projects, involving high degrees of local ownership
- Change certification (PROSCI Change Practitioner or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Experience in communication, change management and learning (planning, design and development)
- Project management skills and autonomy so able to manage delivery of work end-to-end
- English and French required
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
