As Lakera’s **_Organic Growth Marketeer_**_ _you will work closely with Lakera’s senior management to develop, implement, track and optimize the company’s marketing strategies across multiple platforms. You will own all of our marketing channels,measure their success, and optimize for the company’s organic growth within the market.

This is Lakera’s first key marketing hire and comes with tremendous growth opportunities (no pun intended).

**Responsibilities**
- Own, develop and execute Lakera’s marketing strategies around the company’s go-to-market activities.
- Build and deliver highly tailored, individualised messaging aligned to our customers’ needs to optimise our growth rapidly through a multitude of strategies (e.g. content, SEO, community).
- Work closely with the senior executive team to continuously refine messaging, positioning, and branding.
- Identify and develop channel opportunities with technology partners.
- Run AB / MVT experiments.
- Identify opportunities, threats, and challenges in our markets and optimise activities accordingly.
- Work closely with everyone on the team from engineering to, sales and product, and our customers.

**Experience Required**
- Prior experience in product marketing, content managing, and marketing management.
- Witnessed product launches and growth in a startup (or similarly dynamic/early-stage team) environment.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts in messaging and positioning. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A willingness to fail-forward, learn and grow.
- A highly creative, data-driven and analytical mind (you enjoy working with numbers and statistics).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO tools, and growth hacking secrets.
