Field Based Sales Representative Cosmetics

My client is an exciting growing organic Cosmetic company with ongoing growth and challenging products in the market.

Due to this growth my client is looking for a German speaking Sales Representative to be responsible for the German part of Switzerland.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer acquisition in pharmacies.
- Commercial development of an existing customer file.
- Supervision and motivation of the teams in the sales outlets.
- You will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for the promotion and sale of the company laboratory products in your area to our partners, the pharmacists
- Present the brand's products, negotiate the sale of these products and highlight them through the use of promotional tools, your knowledge of dermo-cosmetics and by promoting the brand's services.
- Organize your activity, plan to ensure an optimal follow-up of your sector and propose action plans adapted to the potential of customers in your sector in accordance with commercial policy.
- Process orders and any disputes on a daily basis and perform a daily administrative follow-up for each customer. Develop the visibility of the brand in the points of sale visited.
- Pass on the promotions and ensure the quality of the displays: price, location and labelling..
**Your profile**:

- Bilingual French German
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales in cosmetics field ideally in the German part of Switzerland
- Dynamics and strong communication skills
