**Inside Sales Representative Romandy - Switzerland**

**Location: Lausanne**

We are seeking motivated, flexible and focused individuals, to support our Inside Sales Team. Achieving our future goals and remaining a leader in our field, requires individuals who can share and understand our passion for success. You will support Account Managers as part of the “account team”, This role is office based.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic and tactical planning with your Account Manager
- Identify customer queries and resolve to enhance customer satisfaction
- Develop end user and partner relationship
- Lead
- Basic technical knowledge and understanding
- Provide all other tasks associated with Account Management - e.g. Arrangement of events and evaluations, licenses, renewals and quotations

**Required Skills**:

- Experience with supporting sales teams ideally within the IT Industry
- Must be motivated, flexible and a self-starter mentality
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in French, English. German would be plus.
- Goal orientated and self-confident with the ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
