Fotokite develops autonomous, high-endurance tethered unmanned aerial systems to help firefighters and public safety teams save lives.

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to be responsible for expanding our sales activities through qualification of leads, converting pre-qualified leads, communicating with customers to understand their needs and contacting existing customers. The Inside Sales Representative introduces Fotokite products and services to both established and new Fire, Police, EMS, Public Safety and other relevant customer groups. This position primarily involves initiating, tracking, and following up on leads the organization generates via multiple channels while providing support to the European Business Development team.

**Responsibilities**
- Develops meaningful relationships with customers to ensure loyalty
- Follows up on leads to further the sales process
- Sets and meets sales goals and objectives set by leadership
- Possesses an in-depth knowledge of our products and value proposition
- Provides effective product demos for end-user customers-in person and virtually
- Captures, maintains, and expands the data in the CRM tool with opportunities, customers, and additional contacts
- Attends industry conferences and regional trade shows to develop industry expertise and customer pipelines
- Expected travel (up to 25%)

**Education / Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Marketing or equivalent applicable experience is required
- Minimum of 2 years in a Sales / Business Development Development role
- Experience in, or with, public safety agencies is desired
- Experience with a CRM tool
- Highly proficient computer skills including G Suite and Microsoft suite
- Prominent organizational and presentation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to negotiate with customers
- Experience working in an international company is a plus
