What you’ll achieve
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be a critical success factor in one of our successful Account Teams, driving sales for our ground-breaking products by building positive relationships with customers through digital communication. Together with your Team, you will own the brand of Dell Technologies, ensuring every customer interaction is tailored and outstanding.
You will:
- Identify, Drive and close Sales opportunities in your account territory, together with the Account Team; contacting both existing and new customers on a daily basis by phone, develop Account Plans to identify up
- and cross selling opportunities;
- Be part of a successful Account Team in MB, Corporate or Enterprise
- Work closely with your Account Team (Account Executive, Pre-Sales, Core ISR etc.)
- Manage Deal pipeline and submit forecasting on a weekly basis
- Stay informed of industry trends to help resolve specific market challenges
- Participate in our award winning Training & Development program, designed for future Field Sellers and leaders

Essential Requirements
- Passion for Sales and Technology
- BA and/or MA
- Ability to articulate the value proposition of our product/service offerings (we will teach you)
- Potential to use multiple sales tools simultaneously to complete sales transactions
- Outstanding team player; ability to establish relationships with customers and partners
- Swiss German native speaker, excellent English language skills
Desirable Requirements
- 2-4 years IT Sales experience
