To complete our Cosmetics division we are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated personality. **PRODUCT MANAGER COSMETICS RAHN CHINA**: Your main Accountabilities Reporting to the Head of Product Management Cosmetic Actives, you will provide marketing expertise and technical assistance regarding the RAHN-Cosmetic Actives. You will represent the technical expertise of RAHN and be the local support for RAHN Cosmetics distributors and customers. You will work independently from your home-base in the Guangdong Province and be supported by our Shanghai office as well as the commercial and technical team in our Zurich HQ (Switzerland). Further tasks are: - Sales and consultancy activities in coordination and close cooperation with RAHN’s local distribution partners. - Defining financial goals and the action plan together with our local partners and responsible for the achievement of objectives. - Gather more market know-how on customers, the acceptance of our RAHN-Cosmetic actives and the personal care market in China. - Provide inputs and suggestions on how to improve a successful market expansion into China and to increase project and sales activities in coordination with our distributors. - Support to substantially increase sales into China through our distributors. - Feedback information on local competitors and about changes in regulations. - Assist in translations / promotion - and marketing strategies. - Training of distributors **Profile**: - Scientific background based on a degree in Chemistry or bio-chemistry or biology or extensive experience as lab technician. - Experience in cosmetics / personal care and its raw materials and active ingredients. - Experience in sales activities / technical support activities. - Experience in managing distribution partners. - Chinese citizen. - Fluent in English, ideally worked 2-3 years in Western countries. - Willingness to travel >50% of time in China, prime focus in the Guangdong Province - Permit to travel abroad (Head Quarter in Switzerland). - Know how in CN-personal care regulations. - Ideal age between 25 and 45 years.
