- Internally, the President provides guidance and serves as a source of inspiration and energy.

- Together with the other board members, the President is also responsible for general oversight, risk management and internal controls of the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Strong network: Large personal and professional network of decision makers across industries in the corporate world, with foundations and/or the NPO sector.
- Strategic mindset:
Experience in (business) strategy and comfort in navigating uncertainty. Out-of-the-box thinking, experience in developing and shaping companies.
- Collaborative/Team skills:
Team player and strong listening skills, empathy, ability to find and drive consensus within a group of strong individuals, strong discussion culture. Energy and inspiration.
- Board experience: Ability and willingness to chair, lead, and grow the organization as presiding board member.
