Customer Service Representative

**Position Summary**:
Catalent Pharma Solutions is the leading global provider of advanced delivery technologies and development solutions for drugs, biologics and consumer health products.

For our site in Cham, Switzerland, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative**.**

The Customer Service Representative will report to the Customer Service Manager.

**The Role**:

- Main Responsibilities :_
- Contract Billing: Understanding a of contractual agreement to identify the established milestones, track the completion of the defined activities and issue the associated invoices.
- Contract Review (customer orders receiving, data check and orders loading into the system)
- Expediting: monitoring of whole orders process (from order entry to delivery)
- Monitoring of shipment dates in order to respect what agreed with clients
- Monitoring of shipment dates in order to respect monthly invoicing
- Daily updating of data / information in the software, according to the internal procedures (OTD)
- Monitoring of raw materials and components of clients’ property (arrival into the plant and eventual storage in our warehouse)
- Assistance and continuous interaction with “internal customers”, such as Planning, R&D, QA, QC, Warehouse, Shipping Department, Administration Department,..
- Assistance to external customers
- Loading and verification of customers forecast according to procedure in place (S&OP)
- Common and standard archive management
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor degree preferred, but not mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and contract billing
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of French is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship building skills
- Flexibility is a must
- Proactive, able to look for solutions and solve problems
- Analytical thinking
- Motivated, willing to develop, grow and learn
- Experience in pharma is a plus, but not mandatory
