Customer Service Representative

For our site in Cham, Switzerland, we are currently looking for a C**ustomer Service Representative.**

The Customer Service Representative is the key contact for Catalent internal and external customers. The role of the Customer Service Representative is to translate the customer needs into production requirements for Catalent manufacturing sites located all over the world, as well as to provide customers with excellent support and impeccable communication by channeling and coordinating their requests through the Catalent organization.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Act as primary contact for assigned customer accounts
- Coordinate information flow with corresponding manufacturing sites and internal stakeholders in a timely manner
- Responsible for the execution of the Order Management process, incl. collection of customer orders, creation of corresponding purchase orders to confirm production.
- Responsible for the follow up of the orders up to the delivery to customers to ensure on time and in-full service level
- Responsible for the communication to customers
- Responsible for the customer invoicing settings
- Responsible for customer and product master data quality in Catalent system
- Responsible for the continuous improvement of Catalent Standard Operation Procedure and Work Instructions
- Manage timely collection of customer forecast where appropriate to support Planning teams
- Ensure appropriate reporting with KPI’s (On Time Delivery, Backorders, Customer temperature )

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Secondary degree as a minimum, but bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in customer service or in any other supply chain area or in sales
- Experience in pharma industry preferred
- Experience in contract manufacturing organization preferred
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in any other language is a plus
- APICS CPIM certification a plus
- Excellent communication skills
