At our site in Cham we are looking to recruit an
**Customer Service Leader (f/m/d)**
**The main responsibilities are the following**:
Support the CSRs in the operational and administrative activities:
- Management of the ERP system (Order placement, order update/modification, Invoice issuance)
- Management of the internal and administrative request (Documentation, IT ticket, personal scheduled - days to bemworking from home and days to be working in the office)
- Lead and support in the on-boarding of new CSRs leading and training them in the operational activities (Order to Cash process, Contract Billing process and Quality Inspection Process)
**Order to Cash process**:
- Customer order reception and control (Bill to address, ship to address, VAT number, product code, quantitymordered, product MOQ, product valid price, payment term, order requested date and product LT
- Customer order placement: Order placement in the ERP system, work Order and S7 line creation, sales ordermconfirmation printing and sales order confirmation shared with the customers
- Customer order follow-up: Weekly review of the orders status with the manufacturing sites and update of the open ordersmto the customers
- Customers’ orders available & released for shipment: Reception of the shipping documents from the manufacturing sites,msuch as Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Packing List (PL), Delivery Notes and site invoices
**Contract Billing process**:
- R&D invoice reception from the manufacturing sites (Manufacturing site invoice revision against the R&Dmcontract and quotation - Invoice rejection in case of mismatch)
- R&D invoice from the manufacturing sites processing (Fulfilment of the miles stone completion activities in the ERP system)
- R&D from Cham (Finance prints the R&D invoices and shares them internally. Final R&D invoices send to the customers by CSR)
**Quality Inspection process**:
- Customer folder creation (Creation of a new customer folder in the Cham network and shared folder for any new order)
**Customer purchase order, Catalent Cham sales order confirmation, Catalent Cham purchase order to the site for not**
**interconnected sites, manufacturing sites CoAs, manufacturing sites PLs, manufacturing sites delivery notes,**
**manufacturing sites invoices, Catalent Cham invoices and forwarder temperature log (only for CIF, CIP, DAT and DDP**
**shipments).**
**Internal administrative and documentary process**:
- Assistance and support to the Quality Department during a quality inspection/audit
- Assistance and support to the Finance Department during a finance inspection/audit
- Assistance and support to the Financial Shared Service (FSS) and Cham office to collect all the AR on time
- Assistance and continuous interaction with “internal customers”, such as Planning, R&D, QA, QC, Warehouse and Shipping
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Secondary degree as a minimum, but bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in customer service or in any other supply chain area
- Experience in pharma industry and/or contract manufacturing organization preferred
- Fluent in English. (Fluent in any other language is a plus)
- APICS CPIM certification a plus
- Excellent communication and Active listening skills
